Corporate Trust Operations Specialist I
Job Purpose & Scope This position is responsible for a wide variety of Corporate Trust activities, including but not limited to, receiving, reviewing and establishing ticklers for issuer insurance and various financial reports. This position will also function as back up for the Corporate Trust Operations Specialist III. Essential Job Functions Receive, review and establish ticklers for issuer insurance and financial reports, including audited annual financial reports and quarterly and annual financial reports. Receive, review and appropriately disseminate insurance and financial reports Send reminder letters 30 days in advance of required receipt date for insurance and financials. Send follow up reminder letters every 30 days Timely filing of all required documents with EMMA Certify documents to issuer if applicable Cross train and function as back up for Corporate Trust Operations Specialist III as needed. This includes: Stock and bond transfers Interest and dividend payments Debt billing service DTC daily and/or monthly interface functions Maintain good punctuality and attendance to work. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to work comfortably with numbers and financial data. Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks Ability to perform under general supervision Strong organizational skills Problem solving ability Ability to succeed in a team environment Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least one year prior administrative/office experience. 1 year experience with computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel 6 months experience in a financial/accounting setting.
