Job Title: Corporate Vice President - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Location: 100% remote with travel Salary Range: $250,000-$300,000 + 35% annual bonus Type: Full Time, Salaried with benefits Overview: Pharmaceutical Company is seeking a Corporate Leader in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operations to direct and lead multiple sites in corporate and operational goals and strategic plans. This is a remote based position, requiring monthly travel. Responsibilities: + Lead, direct and manage all operations teams + Support the development of corporate and operational priorities and strategic plans + Create, manage, coordinate and execute operational strategies and implements tactical plans that meet and exceed company expectations + Responsible for financial and operational reporting to leadership, recommending changes and needs + Ability to represent the organization as a prime contact on projects and departmental operations + Interaction with senior internal and external personnel on issues often requiring coordination across organizational lines Requirements: + Bachelors required, Master's preferred + 15+ years of relevant experience, but at least 5+ with in corporate leadership and direct reports + Expertise in manufacturing in a regulated environment + Must be a "change agent", ability to make difficult decisions + Requires organizational professionalism, field and industry knowledge + Strong Leadership for nationwide organization #M3 System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
