Cosmetology Instructor
Cosmetology Instructor Location: Spanish Fork, UT Status: Part-time Hours: Varied (2 days and 2 nights a week, 1-2 Saturdays a month) Pay / Hourly: $23.38 SUMMARY As a Cosmetology Instructor you will train students for employment in cosmetology, barbering, hair design, skin and nail care. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: + Teach engaging lessons, using hands-on, skill-based competency training to the greatest extent possible. + Develop and/or maintain lesson plans for classroom and lab activities. + Manages, and supervises students in the classroom and on the practical floor. + Evaluate instruction/learning by means of written, oral practical and performance tests. + Maintains student-oriented approach, and desirable classroom conditions. Check equipment daily for hazards, ensuring it is maintained and properly repaired. + Maintains accurate and current reports and records regarding student accountability, attendance, and performance.
