Job DescriptionAnnual business planAnalysis of actual material, labor and overhead cost against standard cost / budgetsExecution and analysis of plant’s month end reportingTarget cost trackingDetailed budget analysis with objective to eliminate wasteful spendingTracking of key performance indicatorsAnalysis and control of the Investment Program (CAPEX)Product Cost Controlling leaderCalculation of standard costRevision and approve Scrap & Cycle Count AdjustmentsQualificationsAbility to work independently and manage deadlinesExperience in plant controlling activities and product cost calculationStrong analytical skillsExcellent communication skills - this includes both oral communication as well as the development of professional-looking briefs and reportsAbility to turn data into information and to differentiate the important from the insignificant. Good understanding of the analytical process and cost analysisAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel and experience using an ERP system (SAP preferred)Good knowledge of EnglishAble to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentMinimum 3 years of hands-on relevant and/or similar experience in a manufacturing companyAccounting standards, Internal Controls requirements and some basic knowledge of maquila rules
