ABOUT THE ROLE

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) for homes and options. Participates in Inventory Control when necessary Analyzes data obtained and documents results. Analyzes changes in product design, raw materials, and manufacturing methods to determine effects on costs. Analyzes actual manufacturing costs, and prepares periodic report comparing standard costs to actual production costs.  Provides management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services. Work closely with the Sales department to: Ensure sale pricing is correct within the system. Correctly configure options within the system. Participate in regular meetings to address issues and concerns. Audit homes, options and subassemblies to ensure correct costing. Other support duties for General Manager as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Associates degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred 4 years directly related experience Previous accounting experience desired Proficient in Office especially Excel Ability to work under pressure and deadlines Organizational skills Ability to deal with all levels of management Team player
