Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (CIMA, SAICA, or equivalent) preferred. At least 5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or clothing
industry. Strong knowledge of cost structures, inventory management, and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (SAP, Sage, or similar). Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Understanding of industry trends, including fabric and production cost drivers.
