If you are an experienced professional capable of enhancing our accounting procedures and improving our financial performance, then we would like to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: + Directing and performing cost audits for all company's manufacturing products and services. + Establishing standard costs and updating them as appropriate. + Managing the standard cost system, preparing budgets and performing cost variance analysis. + Reviewing operating expenses and implementing cost-saving strategies. + Overseeing inventory to ensure proper valuation and categorization. + Coordinating with various departmental heads in preparing budget forecasts. + Guide cost analysis process by creating and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques. + Preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs. Requirements: + Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field. + Minimum of 10 years of experience in standard cost accounting in a manufacturing environment. + Proven work experience as a Cost Accounting Manager or similar role. + Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, including cost accounting and regulatory compliance. + Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret and address financial data. + Proficiency with accounting software and experience with ERP systems. + Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
