Job Description
As a Cost Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the cost accounting operations within a manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for month-end close and cost reporting, invoicing review and reporting, daily production review, and miscellaneous assistance tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of cost accounting, general ledger, and financial reporting.

The position is on-site five days a week (8am-5pm) in an office setting with an on-site plant. The work week is 40 hours, rarely requiring overtime. The accounting team includes a CFO, an Accounting Manager, one Accounts Payable, and one Accounts Receivable. The organization fosters a small, family-run culture with flexible working hours once acclimated to the role. Employees do not typically take work home, and the company is backed by a parent organization with substantial resources.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $60.00
