What you’ll be able to do:
Take ownership of providing cost estimation support for new product sourcing efforts. You will enable teams to leverage data-driven insights in negotiations. As a key player in cross-functional teams, you will assess the cost implications of changes across products, operations, engineering, and processes to ensure that cost efficiency remains a top priority by offering detailed analysis and clear recommendations. Take charge of contributing to the development and documentation of scalable processes that capture the organization’s best practices for cost management and estimation. Lead competitive vehicle benchmarking efforts, providing insightful data that informs the development of future product models and target costs. demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills to deploy and embed critical best practices across the organization.
Our preferred requirements:
Value Engineering and project management experience Ability to turn data into insights using Power BI, R, and/or Python is a plus Ability to take ownership and deliver end-product with minimal supervision Ability to independently organize, document, plan and execute simultaneous projects while aligning with business priorities. Proficiency using Atlassian (Jira / Confluence), and Microsoft Office Proficiency using 3DExperience

The minimum requirements we seek:
BS/MS degree in relevant technical discipline 3+ years of proven experience in a cost analysis or supply chain role, ideally within a product development or manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
