Job Description
This role is to support the site turnaround team from both a cost analyst and administration level. It will work closely with project services team and will be involved in forecasting prior to the event and heavy reporting during the event.
Responsibilities
Support the on-site cost tracking process through (excel) and SAP 4S.Support the TA and CAP Projects specifically regarding cost control and forecasting.Assist the planning team with the Administration of the existing Emergent work process.Assist with planning updates if required.Support all project and Turnaround Goods receipting through SAP 4S.Cost capture for all pre- and post-workInvoice reconciliation (actuals vs committed cost) matching to requisitions.General data entry and administrative support when required.Support building work packs if required.Dealing with multiple contract admins for daily cost tracking during executionGeneral support for the turnaround event and Orica siteEssential Skills
5+ years of Cost Control exp.Proficient in all Microsoft programsPast exp. using SAP for cost control)Excellent Excel skills (Pivot tables, V-look upsKnows how to deal with accruals and forecastingPast exp. maintenance of reports and cost report building (in excel)Past construction cost exp. (ideally will have supported the cost functions on at least 3 projects in the construction phase)Good communicator, both verbally and electronicAdditional Skills & Qualifications:

The pay range for this position is $45.75 - $50.00
