ManTech is seeking an Entry Level Cost Analyst/Purchaser to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals supporting our Marine Corps Intelligence Agency (MCIA) customer in Stafford, VA. The successful candidate will be performing a wide variety of financial and business management responsibilities, with a primary focus on purchasing. You will play an integral role to the Program Manager as well as to the corporate organization as you provide guidance and assist the Program Management team with their purchasing duties and act as a subject matter expert on all purchasing related tasks of the program. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Work with multiple government customers to obtain purchasing requirements. + Work with corporate buyers to obtain quotes and timelines for purchase requests. + Manage an Excel based financial workbook to track cost for purchases, estimate when costs will hit the system for revenue recognition, and assign purchases to funding lines. + Obtain purchase request approval from the customer on all purchases. + Pull reports and reconcile financials based off these reports. + Act as a key technical expert on any and all purchasing related tasks. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree and 0-2 years’ experience. At least 5 years’ experience without a degree. **Clearance Requirements** : + This role requires an active DoD Secret clearance **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. + Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. + Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
