Cost Analyst Specialist
Job Overview:

Responsible to create, coordinate, and manage accounting records and all expenditures and budget assessment associated with facility projects, equipment and capital improvement projects for all Trihealth Facilities; averaging 200 projects totaling in excess of $75 million annually. Spreadsheets, summaries and cash flow analyses are generated for distribution to Senior Management, Accounting, Design and Construction Manager/ Director and Project Managers on a routine and special request basis. Work with project managers to keep ILSM books up to date. Work within ImageNow daily to process purchase requisitions and invoices. Must have the ability to communicate and work effectively with a wide range of departments, individuals, companies and agencies. Responsible for the budget reconciliation process with Lawson and Excel. Special project help as assigned. 

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree 
Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree 
2-3 years experience 

Job Responsibilities:

Ensures spreadsheet, summaries and cash flow analysis are generated for distribution to Senior Management, Accounting, and Design and Construction Manager/Director monthly and special request basis (Scorecard)
Processes all purchase requisitions, purchase orders and invoices within ImagineNow daily. 
Sets up ILSM books with new project request and work with Project Managers to maintain up to date ILSM books.
Reconciles projects on a monthly basis and ensuring projects ae closed timely upon request.
