We are looking for a Cost Analytics Intern to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Process Engineering and based in Newark, Delaware. This is a fully on-site, in office role.
Role and Responsibilities:
Use new and available inputs to create a system to track headcount spend by supervisor daily and compare that to the headcount allocated that day
Create dashboards that identify opportunities for improvement by highlighting gaps and performing root cause analysis to close those gaps
Work with the Process Engineering and Finance teams to map standard cost as the product proceeds through the build process.
Identify additional dashboard opportunities to aid in problem solving
Skills and Experience:
Must be a junior or senior graduating by Summer 2026
This internship program is from June to August 2025
Working knowledge of PC business software applications (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Working knowledge of Quicksight, Tulip, Tableau, and Power BI
Highly motivated and a self-starter
Strong oral and written communication skills
Must demonstrate a bias for action and implementation
Proven and demonstrated teamwork skills
You are currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Engineering/Technologies, Management Information Systems or any other related degree. You are successfully maintaining an above average GPA, preferably 3.0 or higher.
This internship is scheduled to begin June 2025 and end approximately August 2025.
