Job Estimator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Job Estimator to manage cost estimating at all stages of a project life-cycle, from feasibility and concept through various design stages to pre-bid, including detailed estimates with labor, material, and equipment breakdowns. Responsibilities include change order management, bid analysis, monthly payment applications from general contractors, and conducting life-cycle cost analysis and other economic studies. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of architectural, structural, and civil disciplines, with a working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

Hard SkillsBachelor's or higher degree in a construction-related discipline5+ years cost management or related experience on medium to large-scale construction projectsConceptual Estimating ExperienceKnowledge of Structural, Civil, and Architectural estimating

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site and some days remote.

Work Environment

The project lasts a year and a half and involves installations, pricing deficiencies, and condition indexes.
