Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cost Manager to oversee the procurement and tendering process, prepare contractual documentation, and control costs during the construction process. The successful candidate will manage the commercial success of projects, value construction work for interim payments, value changes, assess or compile claims for loss and expense, and agree on final accounts. Additionally, you will develop capital budgets and forecasts for new business project portfolios, utilizing financial and operational models, and compile and interpret financial and non-financial information to determine past performance, project future results, and identify trends to drive business decisions.

This role requires working out of the client office in mid-town Atlanta from Tuesday to Thursday. The manager works remotely from Miami. You will have the opportunity to work on projects of various sizes and complexity for globally renowned clients, with potential career progression within multiple divisions such as Commercial, Power & Renewables, Nuclear, Industrial, Transportation, and Water. Additionally, you will be part of a strong team of expert, professional peers for mentorship and growth. The work schedule includes office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with remote work on Monday and Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $72.16
