Role description:

Responsible for delivering and managing service excellence in cost management, delivering positive outcomes for our clients, demonstrating leadership, and innovation of service and knowledge.

Role accountabilities:
1)    Responsible in running a number of projects with the team. In running a number of projects, you are expected to drive and achieve the desired results in Cost Management at each stage of the projects(s) namely:

•    Bill of Quantities
•    Tendering
•    Awarding and Contract Preparation
•    Progress Billing Variations
•    Financial Statement
•    Final Accounting

2)    Represent the company in a professional and diligent manner, develop strong working relationship with client
3)    Deliver the agreed scope of works plus the leadership and management of meetings with the client
4)    Managing the delivery of work, both through hands-on involvement where appropriate and through management of staff with the team
5)    Maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships, using every opportunity to create new business
6)    Promote a positive attitude within the team, to motivate staff and to assist them achieve the best possible work performance.
 

Qualifications & Experience:

•    A Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Project Management, Design or Engineering is desired.
•    At least 5 years’ of construction projects working experience in Consultancy / Contracting firm 
•    Able to work independently, possess strong planning, multitasking, organizational and leadership skills
•    Excellent interpersonal skills
•    MRICS is an advantage
•    Proficient in MS Office Applications
•    Excellent in written and communication skills
