Cost of Non Quality Project Leader

Introduction

The CS Quality and Excellence of China region is part of the Customer Support organization. The strategy of CS Quality and Excellence is 3-fold:

Challenge : Improve and drive Quality within ASML, in region and headquarters.Collaboration: Accelerate cross-sector quality collaboration. Strengthen our quality processes and adherence for Install base and early PGP.Care: Become customer-centric by bringing the voice of the customers into ASML. Embed an interdependent quality mindset at ASML

In CS Quality and Excellence, the Service Quality Engineering team is responsible for driving material quality, new machine quality, cost of non-quality, craftsmanship, quality culture, and quality deployment to CS sites.

Position in the organization

Reports hierarchically to Service Quality Engineering ManagerBased in Shanghai or major ASML sites in China

Job mission

Cost of Non-quality (CONQ) belongs to Service Quality Excellence department. Currently we meet lots of cost challenges due to ASML quality issues. This job mission is to work with cross sectors to analyze Cost of Non-Quality and drive for reduction of CONQ by quality improvement.

Job Description

Develop and deploy plan of Cost of Non-Quality (CONQ) in China regionUnderstand the landscape of CONQ at ASML  Identify common denominators for CONQ and define priorities based on internal and external impactDefine improvement opportunities to improve the CONQ performance  Define support requests towards both headquarters and regional operationsEstablish and maintain CONQ KPIs and dashboard and drive for performance improvementAlign with ASML headquarters on targets/KPIsDefine leading KPIs for CONQ project within teamClosely collaborate with different sectors to ensure synchronized approach on CONQ processes.Understand the pains/demands of different stakeholders and able to translate to action items landing within organization.Support driving the quality mindset & training especially on CONQPerform other duties as assigned or required

Education and Experience

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Master of Science degree in Engineering is a plus.

Experience

Experience in the semiconductor businessExperience in Professional Field Service OperationsExperience in Quality management systems and methodologies within a high tech business to business environment.
