COSTING & ESTIMATION LEAD – DESIGN COLLECTIVE INDIA Job ID 179417 Posted 06-Aug-2024 Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Design Location(s) Bengaluru - Karnataka - India **Requirements of the Role** + 15+ yrs experience in Cost estimation and contracts management – Corporate workplace interiors / hospitality / healthcare + Educational qualification – Bachelor of Civil Engineering / Master of Civil Engineering / equivalent relevant educational qualification. + Should have experience and knowledge of Specifications and Budgeting + Contracts management and Billing experience is preferred. + Proven work experience as a cost estimator. + Advanced knowledge of construction and engineering processes. + High-level mathematical skills. + Ability to read and interpret Drawings. + Good verbal and written communication skills. + Advanced analytical skills. + Proficient with computer estimation softwares / proficiency in AUTICAD Revit + Good project management/ people management skills. + Ability to travel to sites PAN India **Responsibilities of the Role** + Meeting with clients to discuss the scope and scale of the project. + Traveling to job sites to gather information on materials, labor, and other factors. + Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and architects. + Consulting with industry experts to discuss cost estimates. + Identifying and quantifying all cost factors involved in the project. + Using computer software to calculate cost estimates. + Preparing and presenting cost reports/ BOQS/ Project Budgets for clients. & projects . + Reviewing expenditure statements during all phases of the project.
