Utilizes techniques involving exercise, adaptive equipment and splint fabrications. Activities of daily living and homemaking skills are emphasized. Assists in the development of functional aids and performs routine equipment adjustments as needed. * Demonstrates competency in the administration of all patient care activities. Provides for variety and creativity in treatment programs * Safe work practices and proper body mechanics are displayed consistently. Education: Graduate of Accredited School for Occupational Therapy Assistants required Licensure: Current Florida State Licensure required.
