The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards. **Salary Range** $119,100.00 - $196,500.00 **Target Openings** 1 **What Is the Opportunity?** This Counsel role is responsible for providing a broad range of cost-effective, high quality legal services involving property and casualty insurance regulatory law, for Business Insurance Workers’ Compensation, Commercial Auto, General Liability/Umbrella and/or Property lines. The Counsel position handles moderately complex legal matters in support of commercial product lines, legal agile line leads and the product organization. The Business Insurance Product organization clients are primarily located in Hartford. We are open to most domestic locations where Travelers has an office with the understanding that travel to Hartford offices for significant meetings or in support of agile team/sprint kick-offs will be a necessary part of the job.
