The Africa West Area Welfare and Self-Reliance department is seeking a seasoned mental health professional based in Ivory Coast, who provides high quality clinical consultation to Church leaders, develops, and maintains Church-sponsored programs, and identifies resources to help Church members. This is a permanent full-time position, reporting to the Area Family Agency Manager or to the Area Welfare and Self-Reliance Manager. The professional will work closely with the local Welfare and Self-Reliance Manager to provide leadership and services including clinical services, consultation with Church leaders, community resource development and technical expertise relating to Family Services and Welfare Self-Reliance programs and services.

NOTE: Works in a highly complex environment as defined by large and/or diverse geography, languages, government, socio-economic variances, and legal landscape. Includes travel to outlying areas, evenings, weekend and holiday work.
