Count Room Representative - Full Time (3:45AM - 12:30PM)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

Performs currency drop and table games drop according to required regulatory and internal procedures.Counts and records table games, electronic gaming devices, and non-gaming drops according to procedures.Removes and replaces slot machine drop boxes on a regularly scheduled basis. Transfers drop boxes to the count room. Makes minor repairs and maintenance of count room equipment.Maintains upkeep of count room. Notifies the count room supervisor or manager of malfunctioning equipment.Acts as a role model and presents oneself as a credit to Harrah’s, and encourages others to do the same.Works well in a team environment to promote an atmosphere of unity and trust. Adheres to all department and company policies and procedures. Performs all related duties as assigned.Maintains full compliance with all regulatory requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma required or equivalent required.Adding machine knowledge and computer terminal operation is helpful.Must be able to work very early mornings, holidays, and weekends.

JOB DEMANDS:

Frequently lifts and/or carries objects up to 50 pounds. The position requires 90% standing and 10% walking. Requires frequent stooping and reaching overhead; very frequent bending, pushing, twisting and kneeling. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment. Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment. Must be able to work in areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust. Must be able to respond to touch, speech, aural, and visual cues.
