Venturi, LLC A Chenega Company has an exciting career opportunity for a Counter-Countermeasure and Threat Discrimination Analyst, Intermediate, who will provide systems analysis expertise to develop new Missile Defense System capabilities to identify lethal objects. This individual will work with a team of Analysts on the TEAMS Next Missile Defense Systems Engineering contract. Responsibilities Work within a multi-discipline, multi-source/industry team Provides technical analysis, management, and general scientific support to MDA’s Counter-Countermeasures and Discrimination Directorate Develop and formulate options for improving the Missile Defense System's discrimination and electronic protection capabilities Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required: Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of relevant experience Active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Systems engineering analysis and process management to include development and review of engineering requirements, concepts of operations, and integrated schedules Experience with Technical performance assessments, Risk analysis, and mitigation development Desired: Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field and 8+ years of relevant experience Active Top Secret/SCI clearance Knowledge of MDA systems engineering processes Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to work independently, as a team member, or leading teams/tasks, applying engineering rigor to solve engineering/scientific problems. In-depth practical and theoretical technical/engineering knowledge. Working knowledge of missile defense system components and mission. Familiarity with DOD and MDA processes and procedures. Ability to work in a high-paced environment while coordinating with multiple organizations and leadership. Proficient with Microsoft software applications. Ability to execute and complete tasks with no supervision. Ability to travel 20-25% to CONUS and OCONUS locations.
