**Job Title: Counter Sales** **Job Description** As a Counter/Warehouse Associate, you will: • Provide on-site counter assistance to help customers determine the best products to suit their needs. • Fulfill orders based on incoming pick tickets for customer pick-up or shipment. • Identify and fabricate hydraulic hoses on-site (training will be provided). • Display merchandise, suggest selections that meet customers' needs, and emphasize selling points such as quality and utility. • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. • Discuss use and features of various hoses and products; make recommendations based on customer needs. • Resolve or alert management regarding inventory issues or customer concerns. • Prepare sales orders or quote requests. • Maintain stock in an organized fashion on shelves or in proper locations. • Uphold environmental health and safety standards. You will work with customers coming into the warehouse to identify what kind of hose solution they need.
