This position involves assisting customers, in person or on the phone with their plumbing needs, processing orders and ensuring customer satisfaction. Must possess basic computer knowledge and a basic understanding of the plumbing field.

Responsibilities:

-Assisting customers, in person and on the phone, with their plumbing needs
-Ensure delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing
-Customer-service and sales-oriented.
-Must be an excellent communicator.
-Be skilled in computer use (ability to master Eclipse software) as well as internet for customer service knowledge.
-Establishes and maintains customer relationships, communicates with customers and co-workers to provide a quality customer experience.
-Ability to exhibit a positive, friendly and helpful attitude with customers and to be sensitive to their needs.
-Ensure customer satisfaction.

Desired Background/Skills:

-Must have prior HVAC/Plumbing experience.
-High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
-Have a working knowledge of plumbing/heating products and industry.

Other Information:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
