JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n\tSell tires and services to customers.\n\tCompletes invoices for customers.\n\tCapable of scheduling vehicles for service weekly.\n\tProcess payroll weekly for technicians.\n\tCalculate commissions weekly.\n\tAssists with inventory management.\n\tMaintain the showroom.\n\tAssign technicians work orders.\n\tExplain to customers the services the vehicle needs.\n\tCommunicate with customers in person and via phone.\n\tHelp customers choose tires for their vehicle and answer questions on different brand options.\n\tDrive customers to a destination after they drop off their vehicle for service.\n\n
\nOTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n\n\tOther duties can and will arise, and candidate should be prepared to take on these challenges openly.\n\n
\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE\n\n\n\tHigh school degree or GED.\n\n
\nREQUIREMENTS\n\n\n\tAutomotive service knowledge and/or experience desired. \n\tCustomer service experience required.\n\tSales experience preferred.\n\tBasic computer skills required.\n\n
