Location: Culver City/FLOAT (Travel to all LA Basin Branches as needed)
Pay: $19 - $24/Hr. Depending on Experience

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling a variety of welding equipment, hard goods, power tools, safety supplies and industrial gases to customers. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing top-notch assistance to customers in selecting the proper gages / tools. Provide support to three other locations within the LA basin as needed.

Sell industrial gases, welding equipment, power and hand tools to customers.Stock inventory and maintain showroom displays.Develop and maintain relationships with customers.Provide support for the field sales representative.Identify, monitor and document competitive market activities by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.Provide support to three other locations within the LA basin west district.________________________Are you a MATCH?

High School Diploma or equivalent; Two (2) year degree preferred Minimum two (2) years experience with customer service and/or sales experience preferred.Knowledge in welding, gases, industrial, safety supply sales preferredKnowledge of proper customer relationship and customer service practices Ability to multitask in a high volume setting Strong analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written  Team oriented with a continuous improvement outlookAbility to add, subtract, multiply, divide and perform fraction to decimal conversions Team player attitude with ability to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and  backgroundsBe punctual and comply with work scheduleStrong understanding of word, excel, outlook and inventory control systems; SAP knowledge preferredMust be able to work overtime and on-call when necessary
