POSITION OVERVIEW
The Xator Counter Unmanned Aircraft System (C-UAS) team is a U.S. government-sponsored program that provides program management, solutions development, testing, evaluation, maintenance, training, and operations to provide protection to personnel and property at U.S. missions abroad. The market for C-UAS technologies is ever expanding as the proliferation of UAS continues to saturate the airspace with an omnipresent threat. Xator is seeking an Operations Project Coordinator to join a fast-paced, cross-functional C-UAS project team. The Project Coordinator will assist the Operations Manager and drive the successful execution of critical, complex, and business-driven initiatives. The Project Coordinator will provide transparency through all phases of the program/project life cycle for initiatives and assignments, such as planning, design, development, and deployment. The ideal hire is a multi-talented project management professional specialized in achieving timely results in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Based on demonstrated experience, the responsibilities of this position may extend beyond general office administration, facilitation, and coordination duties to include planning, analysis, reporting, and limited participation in process improvement activities and the development of technical solutions. The Project Coordinator must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal communication skills and a keen sense of urgency.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
Act as the C-UAS program single point of contact for all program travel, Rest & Relaxation schedules, Field Service Watchstander rotation schedules, and building Travel Requests for U.S. government approval.
Oversee the implementation and adherence of the Parsons Memorandum for the Record (MFR) for overseas Rest and Relaxation policies and procedures
Create, submit, track, and modify UAS Geofences and Whitelisting requests
Implement and track Parsons health and safety policies to ensure a risk-free and safe work environment
Support and assist the Operations PM maintenance management tasks with opening, data entry, modification, review, and closure of Work Orders (WO) in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Compile, edit, and prepare the Weekly Activity Report (WAR) for submission to the Operations Project Manager. In the absence of the Ops PM, compile and submit the WAR to the Deputy Program Lead or Government Technical Monitor (GTM)
Oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures when performing job duties
Provide executive level updates on personnel travel, R&R schedules, rotation schedules, and all other job-related responsibilities
Perform document generation, review and editing for all supported projects and plans.
Present information and briefings to senior managers orally and in writing.
Support the Operations Project Manager’s mission to support deployed operations (e.g., temporary relief of deployed personnel, manager support for installs, and be prepared to serve as a support role to support contingencies)
Archive After Action Reports (AARs), Incident Reports, and Storyboards into the SIM C-UAS SharePoint program of record
Maintain and streamline C-UAS SharePoint and C-UAS operations Teams folder to ensure archived information is easy to search, parse, and utilize
Provide operational support, monitoring, and maintenance support of various global locations
Undertake project tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor’s degree with typically 3+ years of related operations experience, or 10 years of professional experience.
Experience
Experience with Government customers preferred
Experience effectively and professionally communicating technical and program related information to multiple stakeholders and adherence to established communications plans.
Candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities in dynamic, politically sensitive environments ensuring customer expectations are managed.
Candidate must have at least one year of CMMS and/or logistics operating systems experience
Two or more years combined results-oriented experience in a dynamic environment
Specialized Knowledge/Skills Requirements
Candidate shall possess and maintain a valid Remote Pilot Certificate under Part 107 of Federal Aviation Administration
Candidate shall earn and maintain a valid Parsons Drone Program certification
Candidate will maintain a professional demeanor, demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills to resolve issues with all stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills, and analytical skills.
Ability to work within a team, take the initiative and show strong attention to detail
Proactive problem solver, expected to present problems and recommendations simultaneously
Candidate must be Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Project proficient
Candidate must maintain, or be able to obtain, a DOS SECRET security clearance
Candidate must be able to obtain a Class 1 DOS medical clearance
Candidate must complete Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) within 6 months of onboarding
PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS
Full time position: 40 hours a week
Perform work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.
Manual dexterity required for frequent reaching, climbing, and lifting of moderate objects, operation of power and manual tools/equipment, and operating office equipment
Must meet most stringent country medical clearance requirements. Position requires adherence to approved vaccination protocols as determined by location.
Candidates should be willing to travel / TDY away from their home location for up to 25% of a typical work year, potentially to international diplomatic facilities
