Our client is a market leader in automotive business intelligence solutions and services. We are currently recruiting for the position of Country Manager France.
Your Role:
As the Country Manager France, you will lead and oversee our operations in France. Your primary mission will be to drive the company’s strategic and operational goals while ensuring sustainable and profitable growth in the French market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the market strategy for France in alignment with the company’s global objectives. Identify growth opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to expand the business. Oversee and manage local teams (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to achieve targets. Ensure effective financial management, including budget planning and performance tracking. Represent the company as the primary spokesperson in France, engaging with clients, partners, and local authorities. Ensure compliance with local regulations and business standards.Your Profile:
Advanced degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field. Significant experience (10 years minimum) in a senior leadership role, preferably in an international context. In-depth knowledge of the French market and local business practices. Proven skills in leadership, project management, and business development. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
