What you’ll Do
This position represents an exciting opportunity to build a business on the foundation of our strong product portfolio and to leverage our deep knowledge of the industry and relevant business processes in your own market.
Key Responsibilities
Running a business planning process by formulating insights and implement country sales strategy - in line with the evolving market trends and competitor moves. Identify opportunities and risks to consistently deliver the area sales target, build brand equity & lay the foundations for profitable growth.Ensure a cohesive sales platform in order to deliver sales KPI’s stated in revenues, profits and sales targets by taking full P&L responsibility and order to cash process.Lead and coach sales team continuously and effectively to develop sales capability.Deliver clarity of targets at the individual level and ensure goals alignment across the team to secure flawless execution of performance objectives, including adapting / developing plans and contingency planningSupporting the employment process of employees to ensure efficient operation in the organization by succession planning and dealing with staff fluctualtion.Build relationship and collaboration across all functions in Central European team and regional company‘s headquartersEnsure effective sales forecasting process for the country by proper execution of projects on S&OP meetings (from demand toward supply chain and financial team)Deliver customer, consumer & sell-through market intelligence to Sales Director.Supervision of Ukrainian entity related to the company's operations by Managing activities leading to the smooth development of the companyWho You Are
Strong working experience in leading position in commercial operationsExperience with technical product portfolio is essential – this could be gained in an environment of other international commercial organisationsStrong detail handling skills and Excel/analytical skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Leadership capacity and proven people management skills.Customer orientation and business understanding.Native Ukrainian, fluent and strong English language skills (both verbal and written).Valid driving licenseHow You’ll Feel
