The role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coupa Techno-Functional Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Coupa, SAP, and Oracle, with a strong focus on Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions that optimize our procurement and financial operations, ensuring seamless integration across platforms.

 

Design, develop, and implement Coupa solutions that integrate with SAP and Oracle systems, focusing on S2P and O2C processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and functional designs. Lead the configuration and customization of Coupa modules to meet business needs. Develop and maintain integrations between Coupa, SAP, and Oracle using middleware tools and APIs. Provide technical and functional expertise in Coupa, SAP, and Oracle, ensuring best practices are followed. Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and performance of solutions. Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and integrations. Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on Coupa functionalities and integrations. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Coupa, SAP, and Oracle technologies and apply this knowledge to improve existing solutions. Participate in project planning, execution, and post-implementation support.

 

What you’ll bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Techno-Functional Architect with a strong portfolio of Coupa, SAP, and Oracle implementations. Expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. Proficiency in configuring and customizing Coupa modules. Strong understanding of SAP and Oracle integration points and best practices. Experience with middleware tools and APIs for system integrations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Certification in Coupa, SAP, or Oracle technologies. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with other procurement and financial systems.
