Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Coupa Platform Administrator in Jersey City, New Jersey. The role involves being the main point of contact between Global Procurement and Coupa, managing supplier relationships, ensuring compliance, and handling maintenance and project management within the Coupa platform. Responsibilities: • Act as the primary liaison between Global Procurement and Coupa • Manage supplier relationships pertaining to Coupa integration • Monitor and enforce compliance, handling the escalation process for non-compliance • Take charge of maintenance and project management within Coupa • Configure and enforce buying policies with vendors in Coupa • Maintain accurate records of company locations on the platform • Review and report on Request For Quotation (RFQ) and Sourcing events • Design, build and configure reports for Spend Analytics and Procurement Reporting • Conduct training and ongoing testing for users • Resolve issues related to data process configuration or integration • Collaborate with Stakeholders and 3rd Party Provider to achieve organizational goals and objectives • Develop and facilitate user training as necessary • Maintain production and test instances with the most recent configurations • Manage, plan, approve and support supplier communications • Work with Vendor Management and Third Party Risk to enforce supplier compliance. Requirements • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficient in generating accurate reports • Experience in providing training to team members • Strong planning and organizational skills • Understanding of policy creation and enforcement • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights • Knowledge of compliance requirements within the procurement field • Demonstrated ability to review and improve processes • Experience in design and implementation of procurement strategies • Proven project management skills • Familiarity with About Time software • Ability to oversee production and ensure efficiency • Experience working with vendors and managing vendor relationships • Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently • Solid budgeting skills and experience • Proven experience as a liaison between various parties • Comprehensive understanding of procurement processes • Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels • Knowledge of configuration management within a procurement context • Understanding of buying processes and strategies • Experience in change management • Availability to work onsite as required • Extensive system administration experience, specifically with the Coupa platform • Proven vendor management skills • Experience working with third party providers and managing these relationships.
