Main purpose of the position  

As ISS continues to implement the P2P@ISS systems (Coupa, Routty and Kofax) globally, we are recruiting a P2P@ISS (Coupa) Specialist to join the team. The initial purpose of this position is to provide assistance to our live countries with day-to-day issues and improvement requests, working along side the Support team.

This role would then be to be part of the implementation team when we implement the suite of systems in new countries, taking responsibility for a workstream and overseeing the delivery of that in line with the project methodology.

 

Key expectations:

You should have detailed experience of administrating Coupa P2P modules, with excellent technical knowledge of the platform. It is essential that you can work independently but also that you adhere to the programme governance. You will need to prioritise requests and balance different stakeholders’ needs, and communicate consistently.

 

What you’ll do:

Provide technical expertise in the development of the Coupa platform, adhering to the ISS blueprint. Work alongside the P2P@ISS team on implementations of P2P@ISS systems (Coupa, Routty and Kofax) in ISS countries. Take responsibility for workstream leadership during an implementation, and provide support to the other workstream leads.

Key qualifications:

3-5 years of experience working with Coupa P2P modules and platform administration (Ideally, Coupa certification covering this.) Strong MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of cXML and API connections is an advantage

Verbal and written communication with a variety of stakeholders, technical and non-technical. Collaboration with all levels of international stakeholders Problem solving and creative thinking Working in a structured and prioritised way
