COURIER - SUMMARY\n

Performs a variety of duties to enable the safe delivery and pick-up of various documents for Bank customers and other documents or items between branches.\n
\n

COURIER - ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\n

\u2022 Pick up and deliver documents, checks and other items from \/ to customers in multiple regions.
\u2022 Pick up and delivery of multiple items between Mercantile branch locations.
\u2022 Comply with all laws, regulations, bank policies, and procedures.
\u2022 Complete all required training on time.
\u2022 Other job functions may be determined and required from time to time.\n
\n

COURIER - QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and\/or ability required. \n\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.); or one to three months related experience and\/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. \nRequires a clean driving record.\nAbility to lift up to 30 lbs. when necessary.\nMust have a reliable vehicle as this position requires use of your person vehicle. Mileage is reimbursed.\nAbility to operate a motor vehicle in all weather conditions. Reasonable accommodations may be made to ensure individuals with disabilities can perform the essential functions.\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Working hours are between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday. This person would be traveling from Lansing to our Troy and Wyoming offices. \n
