The Course Support Coordinator oversees daily support operations and assists with content management. This role involves managing a team of student interns who act as support agents. The coordinator will handle customer inquiries promptly and accurately through various communication channels, including phone, virtual conferencing tools, email, and electronic messages. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our online learning platforms and delivering exceptional support to our users.
This is a full-time position. Under our current hybrid working arrangements, the individual in this role may need to be available to work from our Salt Lake City office occasionally or based on business needs; therefore, proximity to the office is required.
