Job Title: Court Usher

Location: 38 Drake St, Bradford, BD1 1JA

Pay Rate: £11.44ph

Fees and Enforcement Team

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, 37 hours per week

This is an ongoing temporary position with the possibility of a further extension at the discretion of the business requirements.

We are currently recruiting for a full time Court Usher to Join the team at the Law Court in

The Ministry of Justice based in Bradford! The role will include working as part of a flexible team. You will need to have excellent attention to detail due to the nature of the role.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

The role is Usher/ Paper keeper within the county court and the main duties are

Extracting files from filing run in readiness for court hearingsSorting and ordering papers on the file for the judiciaryManaging e-documents for court hearingsPreparing and publishing court listsPreparing court room with special measures i.e witness screensTaking names of attendees and getting them into the hearing on timeDownload recordings of hearing, catalogue and file awayBasic computer input and file attachment
