The Covenants Administrative Assistant will provide support to the management team with day-to-day administrative operations, assisting with community compliance, and helping coordinate project setup and communications. This position ensures compliance with established rules and guidelines while maintaining clear and professional communication with residents, vendors, and board members.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative Duties
\n\nManage and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.\nAssist in planning and setting up community projects and initiatives.\nCreate and distribute community-wide announcements, newsletters, and updates.\nCoordinate correspondence, including drafting emails, letters, and notices.\nCoordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely project execution.\nSchedule and organize meetings, inspections, and other events as needed.\nMonitor project timelines and report progress to the management team.\nMaintain clear documentation and communicate project updates to the Board of Directors.\nFacilitate effective communication between management, residents, and the Board of Directors.\nAddress residents' concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed.\nAct as a point of contact for vendors and contractors, ensuring timely and clear communication.\nRespond to resident inquiries promptly and professionally.\nUpdates to internal software system.\n\n\nCovenants Enforcement
\n\nConduct inspections of the community to ensure compliance with covenants, rules, and regulations.\nIssue violation notices and work with residents to resolve compliance issues.\nMaintain detailed records of violations, inspections, and communications.\nAssist in updating and revising policy resolutions.\nServe as a liaison between residents, the Board of Directors, and management on covenant-related concerns.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n Requirements\n1+ years of administrative assistant and in-person custoemr service experience.\nExcellent communication skills, written and spoken, and effective conflict resolution techniques.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, takes initiative, and has attention to detail.\nCustomer focused, service driven, and team oriented.\nAbility to follow directions well with strong follow-up skills.\nAbility to utilize MS Office Suite, create letters and mass emails with correct grammar and punctuation usage.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n#LI-PK1
