Adecco is currently assisting a National Pharmaceutical client, recruiting for a Remote Coverage Determination Representative II position.  To be considered for this role, you must have the following experience, and the experience must be portrayed on your resume: + 2-3 years of recent experience managing calls regarding pharmacy benefits(Prior Authorizations, Rx refills, verifying eligibility) This iexperience is not negotiable and it must be portrayed on your resume + MS Office proficiency- Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook + Strong communication skills- verbal and written In this role, you will be responsible for: + Utilizing multiple software systems to complete Medicare appeals case reviews + Meeting or exceeding government mandated timelines + Complying with turnaround time, productivity and quality standards + Conveying resolution to beneficiary or provider via direct communication and professional correspondence + Acquiring and maintaining basic knowledge of relevant and changing Med D guidance The anticipated wage for this position is between $17.25 and $17.50. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors. **Schedule** : + 8hr Shift Mon- Fri 8a-8p EST, rotating weekends. Training hours M-F 9a-5:30p EST initially **Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:** + High School Diploma or GED required. + 2 years' experience processing pharmacy benefits + Strong Attention to detail + Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills w/ ability to maintain patient confidentiality **Work from home requirements:** + Workspace is dedicated to business during working hours and is not accessible by others who may be present in the household; telephone conversations cannot be overheard, and documents/computer screens cannot be viewed by others. + You are required to provide your high speed internet speeds. + Minimal home broadband connectivity speed of 25 mb download and 3 mb upload speed.
