Assists with the expediting in the Cow Creek Restaurant. Duties include but are not limited to:
Reviews menu and daily specials at the start of each shift.Takes customers orders, gives advice and suggestions on menu choices, relays orders to the kitchen, and delivers food and beverages to tables.Maintains a constant watch on assigned section of the dining room to ensure that all of the guests receive prompt and cordial service.Provides customers with a meal check in a timely manner and may take payment to the cashier, returning change, receipt or credit card to the guest.Assists in keeping the restaurant in a clean, safe order, and maintaining stock.Resolves customer complaints or concerns, or refers them to management to ensure superior service to the Resort guest.Assist food servers with the preparation and completion of plates. Prepare toast, gathers necessary condiments, etc.Organize food orders so that they are delivered in the proper order.Aid in correcting mistakes or returned food orders.Provides constructive input to foster process improvement within the department. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred.Must be 18 years of age or older.1 year serving experience in a restaurant setting required.Able to read and comprehend written instructions.Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks at once.Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.Current Food Handler or ServSafe Certificate required.Current OLCC License required.Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License.
