The world headquarters for the Dallas Cowboys, the Star is the most comprehensive NFL training facility in the country. In addition to serving as the home to the entire football operations and practice fields, The Ford Center at The Star also includes a multipurpose, 12,000 seat, indoor stadium that will provide facilities for use by the Cowboys, City of Frisco and Frisco ISD football and soccer games. The facility includes the Cowboys Club: a workspace and membership club connecting work, leisure and culture for a select community of influencers, entrepreneurs, and business leaders with a passion for the Dallas Cowboys.
The Bartender is based out of The Star/Cowboys Club in Frisco, TX and reports to the Beverage Manager.
Essential Job Functions
Responsible for the setup, cleanliness, and breakdown of assigned bar area. Bartenders are responsible for recipe knowledge, proper ringing of all product, and cash and credit card handling. Provide and create a fun, friendly and exciting experience for all guests to uphold all of our standards for the proper service of alcohol as set forth by the Legends Hospitality and TABC organization. Must have at least 1 year experience in a high volume bar. Must have a current T.A.B.C. certification Must be able to lift 30 pounds without aid Must be able to stand for an extended period of time without aid Must be able to read, write and speak in English Menu planning and development Must be able to stand or walk for varying length of time Must be available to work an irregular schedule Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays.Preferred Qualifications:
Must have at least 1 year experience in a high-volume bar.Physical Requirements:
