As a CP Production Finance Business Partner, you will provide finance expertise and advice to the businesses, supporting decision-making and driving performance. You will participate in the development and implementation of the relevant operational plans to ensure clarity of the financial impact. Through appropriate balance of short, medium, and long-term financial planning and monitoring, drive effective and efficient delivery of business goals with sound financial analysis and advice. You will provide site management with sound risk-based analysis on potential impacts, implications and propose potential ways to mitigate risks and also drive productivity and simplification in finance and related business processes for the financial process on site.

Ensure seamless engagement and interaction with commercial, corporate and finance communities and stakeholdersKey member of the site leadership team, co-owning & co-creating the strategy as well as providing operational supportAct as a trusted finance business partner, supporting the site leadership and other stakeholders within scope on recurring and ad hoc finance topicsProvide constructive challenge to the site manager and rest of the leadership teamInfluence and challenge to support the drive for productivity gains across the organization through process and reporting improvement/alignmentUnderstand the E2E process of the site in scopeLead financial processes across P&L and balance sheet scope for the FF&P Sites (manufacturing costs/capitalization, production efficiencies, Capex, fixed assets etc.) connecting with various stakeholders:Drive & critically challenge the financial result of the production site in scopeDrive and coordinate the product costing and budget preparation process for the site in scope. Sufficient understanding of the costing to simulate the impact of changesLatest Outlook and Risks & Opportunities managementLead the annual budget preparation process for the scopeIndependently prepare and evaluate business cases for capital investmentsCompany Description
