Description: Perform and lead financial statement audits, reviews and compilations. Preparation and review of financial statements and disclosures Preparation and review of Corporate, Partnership, Individual, and Trust tax returns. Perform tax research. Provide ongoing accounting and consultation services for clients. Supervise and review staff on all engagements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and best-in-class service. Team member maintaining a system of quality control policies & procedures for the firm and monitor compliance with those internal controls. Provide staff training and mentorship.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with CPA certification Minimum 5+ years of recent public accounting audit and tax experience Must have distinguished Not for Profit experience! 

  Skills: Experience using Prosystem Engagement, PPC Smart Tools, ProSystem Fx Tax, QuickBooks, a plus. Highly proficient in MS Office Suite, Excel skills required. Customer centric approach, strong interpersonal, analytical skills. Research, oriented problem solver. Exceptional strategic planning and analytical skills Self-starting team member. Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment, managing priorities and deadlines.
