CPAP Supervisor

Park Nicollet is looking to hire an CPAP Supervisor to join our Health Care Products team!  Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day. 

Position Summary:

This position provides direction and supervision over the daily operations of CPAP business units across multiple clinic and retail sites to ensure quality patient care, accountability of staff, and overall department profitability. Assures goals and objectives are accomplished through planning, implementation, and directing of support staff, processes, procedures, and systems ranging in areas such as patient experience, profit and sales growth, product, quality, process improvement, and employee development and productivity. In addition to managing daily operations, the CPAP Supervisor will be responsible for instructing and educating patients regarding use of Home Care products for the treatment of Sleep Disordered Breathing, including continuing education and telephone follow-up for these patients. Evaluates and manages inventory, which may include ordering and documentation of supplies to assure accurate billing of equipment and supplies, working closely with the Billing Department, Pulmonary/Sleep Disorders Center, and Pulmonary/Sleep Clinic.

Work Schedule: FTE 1.0, 40 hours per week, Days, M-F.

Required Qualifications:

Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:

Three of more or more years’ experience as a CPAP clinician.

Experience managing customer service issues via telephone

Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:

Registered Polysomnography Technologist (RPSGT)

Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRTT)

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proven strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Ability to effectively build relationships and communicate, both verbally and in writing, with patients, families, other leaders, and staff.

Excellent critical and creative thinking skills and ability to make immediate decisions when necessary.

Demonstrates a knowledge of the diagnosis and treatment of Sleep-related Breathing Disorders

Retail practices, skill sets, standards, and competencies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Two-three years of supervisory experience preferred.
