CPG Catalog Ops Manager
**About the Role** Join our Global Catalog Ops team as a Sr. CPG Catalog Manager, where your primary goal and responsibility will be leading initiatives and conducting analyses to drive improvement in the catalogs of the main CPGs in different countries. Having the richest CPG catalogs in terms of products and information is critical for many aspects of the business, such as customer experience, promotions, and reporting of sales and campaign performance, among others. CPGs/manufacturers and their content are some of the most important sources of information for this purpose as they have the most accurate and updated product content. Your role will be to ensure the catalogs of the main CPGs meet all business needs in terms of attribute completeness and freshness by defining KPIs, running initiatives, and working with different Uber and CPG teams. **What You'll Do** - Work with commercial teams to define a CPG prioritization plan that follows the business definitions and objectives with an engagement strategy. - Drive CPG engagement to onboard them to Uber. - Work and collaborate with CPGs and Catalog teams to scope and model all relevant attributes needed for different aspects of the business. - Collaborate with Catalog teams to define processes and opportunities for improvement aiming to have full attribute coverage and freshness of these CPG catalogs in all relevant merchants. **Basic Qualifications** - Technical proficiency: you’re proficient in SQL. - Bachelor Degree. **Preferred Qualifications** - English proficiency: you’ll need to communicate on a regular basis will people from across the globe. - Organization and management capacities: you excel at maintaining order and structure even within complex projects, and are able to prioritize and run tasks effectively. - Effective communication: you're a skilled communicator, have an open mind to new or out-of-the-box ideas, and aren’t afraid to voice your opinion. - Analytical problem solver: you possess a strong analytical attitude, enjoy critical thinking, and can derive insights from data. - Technical proficiency: Python knowledge. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$101,000 per year - USD$112,500 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
