Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Broker to join our CPP Tanker desk in the Singapore office. This position is ideal for a professional with min 3-5 years of experience who is highly motivated, driven, and has a strong network of chartering and owning clients. This role offers a dynamic and exciting opportunity to advance your career in Broking, contributing significant value to our team.

Key Responsibilities: Team Collaboration and Development:
Work closely with a dynamic team of brokers to expand the Tanker desk. Actively contribute to growing the client base by identifying and developing new business opportunities. Engage in strategic planning and execution to enhance the team's market presence. Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Deliver exceptional client service through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email communications. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing market insights and updates. Deal Facilitation and Execution:
Facilitate and negotiate deals between various parties, ensuring smooth transactions. Co-broker with teammates to maximize deal opportunities and outcomes. Manage the end-to-end process of deal execution, from initial contact to closing. Market Data and Information Coordination:
Collect and analyze market data to provide accurate and timely information. Assist in coordinating and managing information within our bespoke technology system. Utilize market insights to inform business strategies and client advisories. Requirements: 3-5 years plus of experience in broking, with a focus on the CPP tanker market, MR's or LR's. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. Strong network within the chartering/owning client sector. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Proactive, motivated, and results-driven with a passion for success.
