We have a great opportunity for a CPQ Solutions Architect to support our Digital Transformation journey. The CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing CPQ solutions to streamline and optimize the sales process. This role involves working closely with various departments, including sales, IT, and product management, to ensure the CPQ system meets business requirements and enhances overall efficiency. This is a hybrid position based in our Lisle, Illinois Corporate Headquarters. Responsibilities Design and implement CPQ solutions that align with business objectives and requirements. Collaborate with sales, IT, and product management teams to gather and analyze requirements. Understand business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state) and determine corresponding solution designs and change requirements to drive International's targeted business outcomes. Develop and maintain CPQ system architecture, ensuring scalability and flexibility. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team. Ensure the CPQ system integrates seamlessly with other enterprise systems, such as CRM and ERP. Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality. Stay updated with the latest CPQ technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements. Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. Reviews and analyzes business and technical requirements and creates architectural assessments of solutions to identify the best technology to serve the business needs. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree At least 12 years of Information Technology or IT architecture experience At least 2 years of lead experience OR Master’s degree At least 8 years of Information Technology or IT architecture experience At least 2 years of lead experience OR At least 14 years of Information Technology or IT architecture experience At least 2 years of lead experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status) Desired Skills Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience as a CPQ Solutions Architect or similar role Strong knowledge of CPQ systems and related technologies Experience with CRM and ERP systems integration Experience managing large, complex projects Experience working alongside multiple teams with matrix reporting and deliverables Experience with specific CPQ platforms Azure cloud-based deployment and architecture Familiarity with agile development methodologies Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Company Overview At International Motors, LLC* (“International”), we’ve never backed away from forging our own path.
