CR VLE Module - Process Engineer
Job Description

Process Engineers conducts tests and measurements throughout stages of production to determine control over such variables as temperature, voltage on electronic components. Establishes and submits processing requirements to be met in designing and acquiring processing equipment. Responds to customer, client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.

In this position you will be responsible for the installation and qualification of test equipment, sustaining engineering, driving continuous improvement in the module Equipment and new technology introduction to Costa Rica Laboratory. CSI's include module safety, quality, yield and defects per million and output.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Ensuring Copy Exact of equipment, process and procedures within the module

Perform module install/de install and qualification

Responding to customer and/or client requests or events as they occur

Developing solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment

Sustaining activities to improve overall module indicators

The ideal candidate will have the following behavioral traits:

Demonstrated discipline, attentiveness to detail and the ability to work under limited supervision.

Must be capable of handling multiple assignments in a timely manner while meeting assigned deadlines.

Must have strong communication skills.

Demonstrated teamwork and influencing skills.

Problem Solving.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications, you must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Electronic/Electrical, Electro-mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or closely related areas.

1+ years of experience as process engineer.

Intermediate English Level.

Costa Rican unrestricted work permit


Preferred Qualifications, are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates:
