**Maintenance Technician** **Paying 35 / HR - 40 / HR** **Location - Vancouver, WA** Looking for a maintenance technician role? **Responsibilities:** + Service Technician for Oregon and SW Washington Territory, mostly Portland and SW Washington + Troubleshoot, repair and inspect overhead cranes and hoists. + Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities on equipment. + Support customers by effectively interfacing with customer and office in repairing equipment as needed. + Evaluate and make recommendations regarding required repairs for customers. + Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; and recommending system improvements. + Service overhead crane systems by performing quality installations; performing OSHA/ANSI equivalent inspections; documenting and completing warranty work; troubleshooting breakdowns; performing preventive maintenance; and responding to repair calls. + Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, and inspection checklist. + Builds and maintains customer confidence by maintaining good response time, informing customer of problems, and completing the job in a timely manner. + Maintain professional presentation, timeliness, appearance, and organization in all areas. **Qualifications:** + Good driving record. + Troubleshoot electrical circuits. + Perform inspections to OSHA/ANSI criteria.. + Willingness to travel. + Customer service oriented while being quality and results driven. + Ability to fabricate and weld structures, assemble and repair complex machinery. **Employee Value Proposition:** + Direct Placement. + Excellent pay. + Work Truck provided. + Career benefits. + 401k Matching. + Health Vision and Dental packages. + Extensive training opportunities and opportunity to travel. **Shift:** + 7/8am- 4/5pm hours TBD **Actively hiring, to be considered apply to the posting!** **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
