**Adecco is looking for wooden crate assemblers for a partner in San Jose, CA!** If you have carpentry experience, know your way around manual and power tools, and reading blueprints/work-orders, we want to hire you! **Job Title & Description** : Assembler I (DAY: 4am-2:30pm, $25/hr) _Come to work - on time, every time_ Build Various Sized Wooden Crates + i.e., nail and staple guns, power drills, grinders, and hammers + Use tape measure to ensure the measurements match the cut sheet up to 1/8th inch + Safe ladder use required when assembling the tops (caps) of crates + May need to assemble bases or skids for crates on the ground. This requires use of a 20 pound, 3.5-inch nail gun while crouching and/or kneeling + Able to read, interpret, find, and document possible cut sheet and/or stenciling errors + Use of adhesives to apply foam to wood crates and conduct specification checks + Efficiently perform work according to standard operating procedures **Pay Details:** $23.00 to $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
