Hire Dynamics is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Packing job in Graham, NC. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity. As a Packing you will be responsible for building crates for part to ship domestic and international and the use of power tools (miter box, skill saw…) Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below.

Pay: $16

Shift: 7am – 3pm, M-F

Responsibilities for this Packing job include:

Load/ Unload Kilns to SOP timing Knowledge of placement based on parts to load in Kiln Knowledge of correct cycle for kiln Load/unload manually, forklift or overhead crane Inspect part – check measurement making sure within tolerance of drawing                      

 

Qualifications for this Packing job include:

High School or equivalent Diploma or Certificate Forklift experience required Understand measurements (lbs, oz…) Attention to detail Self motivation Able to read English and follow SOP (Standard Operation Procedures) Work in a manufacturing environment. Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply by percent with calculator) Ability to life up to 60 lbs or 1/3 of body weight (whichever is less) Experience: Will Train

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment): .

Supplied by company except safety boots/shoes for new hires New hire will need steel toe boots-no pull on , company supplies metatarsil clips) After 90 day probation Company pays up to $90.00 every two years for safety boots/shoes

Pack and prepare parts to schedule Pass SOP Audits Ensure work area is clean and presentable at all times
